Taking over the number or contract of a Swisscom landline or mobile phone is easy. Enter the number you wish to take over below, and follow the steps as shown.
A telephone number cannot be transferred to a new owner while a device installment plan is active. Should you wish to transfer a number in spite of this, the original owner first needs to bring the installment plan to an end. This is possible at any time in the My Swisscom App or the Customer centre. A contract cannot be brought to an end retrospectively. Any remaining repayments will be charged to the mobile phone bill of the original owner.
