You need to set up a WLAN connection in order to get wireless access to the internet with your computer, mobile phone, or tablet.

To connect your computer, tablet, or smart phone with the WLAN, activate WLAN on your device (WLAN key will light up) and search for available networks in your neighbourhood. Then select your WLAN name and enter your WLAN password.

WLAN access data display


Your WLAN access data can easily be found on the Internet Box web portal. If your computer is not yet connected to WLAN, connect it using the Ethernet cable and go to http://internetbox to access the web portal.

  • Once your mobile phone is set up, it will automatically connect to your WLAN as soon as you are within range.
  • As soon as the connection is established, you can surf the Internet without incurring mobile phone charges.
  • Monthly data volume included in your NATEL® subscription unaffected by at-home use.
  • If your mobile phone cannot establish a WLAN connection (WLAN deactivated or not within range), you can surf the Internet over the mobile phone network (can cause costs).
