Where can I get details about my charges?

You can see your costs and deductions in the Swisscom customer centre.


Why are my data deductions calculated on a daily basis?

Smartphones connect you to the internet with your knowledge or automatically. If you want to avoid this, you need to switch off functions like  "push notifications" and "automatic update". For such data connections we charge a minimum daily rate of CHF 2.-. You can avoid these charges by uploading data packages (see topping up credit). You can stop internet connections on the mobile network by switching off mobile data. You can then only access the internet using WLAN. Instructions can be found here.


What do I need to be aware of while travelling abroad (Roaming)?

We recommend that you install the Swisscom Roaming Guide App. Data packages can be uploaded prior to your journey or on arrival in the Cockpit.

Listening to your messages in Combox while abroad incurs additional costs. If you don't need this service, you can disable the Combox as follows: 

  1. enter ##004#
  2. press Call.
  3. When you get back home, you can activate the service by entering  **004*+4186 (10 digit number including code)# and pressing Call.
