With Visual Voicemail, you can view a list of your COMBOX® messages on your smartphone. You can then listen to or delete them without calling the COMBOX® number.
If you are using Visual Voicemail for the first time, follow the instructions on the Apple website.
Have you deactivated your Visual Voicemail, but now want to reactivate it? Send a free SMS quoting “VVM” to 444. Then follow the additional setup instructions on the Apple website.
Note: VVM requires mobile data. Costs may be incurred if data roaming is activated.
