    With COMBOX®, your mobile device/telephone is always ready to take calls. Your answering machine will receive all calls that you cannot answer in person and records messages left by callers. You do not require an additional device.

    Visual Voicemail (Apple devices only)

    With Visual Voicemail (VVM), your COMBOX® missed calls messages are displayed directly on your smartphone. You can therefore listen to them right away without having to call the COMBOX® number.

     

    How to activate VVM:

     

    1. Activate Mobile Data in your device settings.
    2. Send an SMS quoting “START VVM” to 444.
    3. You will receive an order confirmation via SMS.
    4. Another SMS is sent when VVM has been successfully activated.
    5. Switch your device off and back on again after a couple of seconds.
    6. Close the VVM setup under "Telephone and Voicemail" on your device.

     

    VVM is only supported for Apple devices. Make sure that you have the latest update installed on your iPhone or iPad.

     

    N.B. VVM requires mobile data. If data roaming is activated, it may incur costs.
