What is the switch offer?

The Swisscom switch offer lets you to enjoy the benefits of inOne mobile subscriptions. If you change provider and and keep your number (porting), we will reimburse you for any switching costs up to CHF 500.–. Once you have sent us the final bill, we will credit the amount to your Swisscom mobile bill, spread over the next 12 months.

Swisscom shall pay the previous provider’s termination fees for porting a number before the end of the minimum contract period, up to a maximum amount of CHF 500.–. After uploading or sending the respective final bill, Swisscom will credit the amount to your Swisscom Mobile bill, spread over twelve months. Valid for inOne (SME) mobile XS–XL and inOne XTRA mobile S–L with a minimum contract period of 24 months, excluding porting of M-Budget and Wingo. If you terminate your new Swisscom contract before the end of the term or change to a subscription that does not qualify, the credit will cease to apply. Offer valid until 28.02.2018.

Excludes value-added services and special numbers. Once used up the included volume, the standard tariffs for Roaming will be applied for calls and SMS/MMS and the data connection will be disconnected (also valid once the inclusive data volume has been used up). Additional data volume available at Audio/video recommended with some reservations. Roaming days are valid upon conclusion of or a switch to a inOne mobile contract. The included roaming days and data volume will be renewed automatically after 365 days from that date

The inOne mobile subscriptions apply to normal home usage. Swisscom reserves the right to curtail or restrict the service or take other appropriate steps if it can prove that usage considerably exceeds normal levels, or if there are justified indications that the SIM is being used for special applications (e.g. surveillance, machine-to-machine, direct dial and continuous connections).
