Switch offer

Do you have a mobile subscription from another provider with a remaining contract period? Or a current instalment contract for your smartphone? No problem. We will cover your termination fees up to 500.– when you switch.

Switch to Swisscom step by step

1. Order a new subscription and get your phone number

Choose an inOne mobile subscription and order it directly online with or without a mobile phone. Take your phone number to Swisscom and select the desired change date during the order process.

2. Upload final invoice from previous provider

We take care of all formalities for you. As soon as you have received the final invoice from your previous provider, upload it here.

Tip: Visit this page on your mobile phone to take a picture of your bill and to upload it.


3. Remaining costs of up to 500.- returned

If the final invoice of the former provider is verified, we will refund you the costs of up to 500.- as credit on the following twelve inOne mobile invoices.

What is the switch offer?


The Swisscom switch offer lets you to enjoy the benefits of inOne mobile subscriptions. If you change provider and and keep your number (porting), we will reimburse you for any switching costs up to CHF 500.–. Once you have sent us the final bill, we will credit the amount to your Swisscom mobile bill, spread over the next 12 months.

Swisscom shall pay the previous provider’s termination fees for porting a number before the end of the minimum contract period, up to a maximum amount of CHF 500.–. After uploading or sending the respective final bill, Swisscom will credit the amount to your Swisscom Mobile bill, spread over twelve months. Valid for inOne (SME/XTRA) mobile go, premium or Swiss (SME/XTRA) mobile light and flat (e.g. inOne mobile go for CHF 80.-/month) with a minimum contract period of 24 months, excluding porting of M-Budget and Wingo. If you terminate your new Swisscom contract before the end of the term or change to a subscription that does not qualify, the credit will cease to apply.
