Tablets, smartwatches and trackers: with Multi Device options, you can use your mobile subscription on up to 10 additional devices. Use your main device’s phone number to make and receive calls on telephony-enabled devices and connect all your additional devices to the Internet at the same time.
To use the Multi Device, you need an inOne (SME/XTRA) mobile basic, go, premium, Swiss mobile flat, light subscription and a Multi Device SIM. If the additional device contains an eSIM, you don’t need an additional SIM card. SMS / MMS are not possible on additional devices. Make calls using the phone number associated with your main device
No. Multi Device is designed for personal use by a single individual. All devices can be reached using the same telephone number. Anyone with access to your additional device can use your services at home and abroad and has access to the Swisscom Cockpit, for example. They can make changes to the settings for your devices there. We recommend the new inOne products for people in the same household.
By default, the SIM PIN for each Multi Device SIM is deactivated. This is because there is no way to enter a PIN on additional devices without a display (such as trackers or cameras). Please note: when you receive your Multi Device PIN, you will find that it does have a PIN on the SIM card holder. This will be needed in the event that you wish to reactivate the PIN. To do this, insert the SIM into the device and activate the SIM PIN in the settings. You will need the PIN on the SIM card holder to do this. You can change the PIN after you enter it the first time.
