Select new subscription and number
Order your inOne mobile subscription online, plus a new mobile phone, if required. Select a new number and the activation date you want when ordering. During the order process, log in to the My Swisscom Customer Center and upload your passport or ID there.
Receive your SIM card at home
Your new SIM is delivered to your home. Take advantage of the best network in Switzerland from your chosen activation date.
Select a new subscription and port your number
Order your inOne mobile subscription online, plus a new mobile phone, if required. During the order process, log in to the My Swisscom Customer Center and upload your passport or ID there.
Receive your SIM card at home
Select the porting date you want when ordering. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to the electronic porting form. Once you have completed and approved the form, we will inform you by SMS or e-mail when we will be sending and activating your SIM.

Have you taken advantage of the switch offer on an order you’ve already placed? If so, please upload the final bill from your previous provider here as soon as you receive it. We will take care of all the formalities and cover your outstanding costs of up to 500.– when you switch*.

* Swisscom shall pay the previous provider’s termination fees for porting a number before the end of the minimum contract period, up to a maximum amount of CHF 500.–. After uploading or sending the respective final bill, Swisscom will credit the amount to your Swisscom Mobile bill, spread over twelve months. Valid for inOne (young/SME) mobile basic, go, premium or Swiss (young/SME) mobile flat (e.g. inOne mobile go for CHF 80.-/month) with a minimum contract period of 12 months. If the customer terminates their new Swisscom contract before the end of the term or switches to a prepaid contract, a company contract or a subscription that does not qualify, the credit will cease to apply.
