What are the warranty conditions for Microsoft Ultimate Gaming Pack?
All Microsoft Xbox consoles purchased from Swisscom have a 14-day return policy and a statutory warranty period of 24 months (from the date of purchase), regardless of the financing period and the Game Pass activation date. Swisscom’s contractual warranty conditions do not apply, even if they are declared applicable during the order process or in other documents.

What are the terms and conditions if I buy the console in instalments?
For an instalment purchase, the “instalment payment plan” contract is concluded, which governs instalment payments.
Is there a surcharge for the instalment payment plan?
No. Xbox consoles are available for purchase either using an instalment payment plan (24 months) or with a one-off payment. The instalment payment plan does not include any interest or fees; the sum of the instalments corresponds to the one-off payment price:

An Ultimate Gaming Pack purchase includes 24-month access to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. So, what happens if I have an existing Xbox Game Pass and/or Xbox Live Gold membership when I join Ultimate Gaming Pack?
If you're already an Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass for Console, or PC Game Pass member, any days remaining in your membership(s) will be converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at a conversion ratio when you redeem the 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership, and it will be added to your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership, up to a maximum of 36 months. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate memberships are limited to 36 months. Prepaid time conversion is final, and ratios are subject to change. I joined Ultimate Gaming Pack. How do I redeem my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?
Your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership will be delivered directly to your console. Redeem it during the first console setup or later in the Settings app.
To redeem during initial setup:
As you set up your new console, you’ll be prompted to redeem the Digital Direct offers that come with it. If you decide not to redeem them, the offers will remain on the console until they’re redeemed.
To redeem after setup in Accounts:
Select Settings > Account > Included with this Xbox to see an overview of, and redemption status of, any Digital Direct offers included with your console.
To redeem after setup in My Library:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > Full Library > Included with this Xbox, to see your offers.

What should I do if I joined Ultimate Gaming Pack but don't see an option to redeem Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on my console?
If you do not see an option to redeem your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate through initial setup and/or through the Settings app please perform a reset of your console in order to be prompted to claim your services.
When resetting your console, please start by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps.
If the issue remains, please contact Swisscom Customer Service at support-xaa@swisscom.com with your Xbox serial number. A Swisscom customer service representative will analyze the issue and contact you for next steps as needed.
To Reset the console - follow these steps:
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
- Select Reset console.
- On the Reset your console screen, you'll see these options:
- Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It resets the OS and deletes all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
- In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps.
Does the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership have to be redeemed by the person who purchased Ultimate Gaming Pack?
No, anyone can redeem their membership to the console purchased with Ultimate Gaming Pack.
What happens after 24 Months?
After the 24-month period has elapsed, you will fully own the Xbox console and no more monthly payments are needed for the console. If you want to continue subscribing to your GamePass, you can add a payment method (for example, Swisscom Pay, credit card, or PayPal) to your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments(opens in new tab).

Can I return or cancel an Xbox console/bundle purchased with Ultimate Gaming Pack?
With Ultimate Gaming Pack, you are purchasing the console and the entire 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership from Swisscom at the time of purchase. Please visit the Swisscom Return Policy page for instructions and refund policies. All devices purchased from Swisscom have a 14-day right of return, and come with 24-month statutory warranty rights.
Can I cancel my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership and reduce my payments?
No. Your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is included in your Ultimate Gaming Pack purchase. You can't cancel your membership and reduce your monthly payment.
What happens if my console breaks?
With Ultimate Gaming Pack, you own your console directly at the time of purchase. All devices purchased from Swisscom have a 14-day right of return and come with 24-month statutory warranty rights (from the date of purchase), regardless of the length of the funding period and independent of the GamePass activation date. You can send ordered items back by post in the original, sealed and unopened packaging within 14 days, free of charge. It is not possible to return items if the original packaging has been opened or is no longer sealed, or if the 14-day period has expired.
