Returns
You can send ordered items back by post in the original, sealed and unopened packaging within 14 days. It is not possible to return items if the original packaging has been opened or is no longer sealed, or if the 14-day period has expired.
Product questions
* Samsung Galaxy S26 256GB for CHF 449.– (price of the device without subscription CHF 899.–) when taking out a new/renewing a blue Mobile L subscription (CHF 101.80.–/month) or inOne mobile premium subscription (CHF 201.90.–/month); the minimum term of contract is 24 months for both and the activation fee is CHF 59.90 (not applicable for online conclusion).
