You can send ordered items back by post in the original, sealed and unopened packaging within 14 days, free of charge. It is not possible to return items if the original packaging has been opened or is no longer sealed, or if the 14-day period has expired.
* Google Pixel 9a 128GB for CHF 249.– (price of the device without subscription CHF 499.–) when taking out a new/renewing a blue Mobile L subscription (CHF 99.90.–/month) or inOne mobile premium subscription (CHF 200.–/month); Minimum contract duration with blue Mobile subscription: 24 months or 36 months (depending on the chosen device payment model); and the activation fee is CHF 59.90 (not applicable for online conclusion).
