Returns
You can send ordered items back by post in the original, sealed and unopened packaging within 14 days, free of charge. It is not possible to return items if the original packaging has been opened or is no longer sealed, or if the 14-day period has expired.
* Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 256GB for CHF 699.– (price of the device without subscription CHF 1299.–) when taking out a new/renewing a blue Mobile L subscription (CHF 99.90.–/month) or inOne mobile premium subscription (CHF 200.–/month); the minimum term of contract is 24 months for both and the activation fee is CHF 59.90 (not applicable for online conclusion). Offer valid while stocks last, but no later than 11 January 2026.
