On the confirmation page after placing your order, you will find a link (on the web) or a QR code (on the TV) that will redirect you to Disney+. There you can complete your registration. Yes, you can switch to a higher-value subscription at any time. During the promotion, the credit will be applied to the higher-value subscription, meaning that you will only pay the difference to the higher price until the end of the promotion.

Version 1: If you already have the same or a cheaper Disney+ offer (e.g. Disney+ Standard with ads) directly with Disney+ using the same email address, Disney+ will automatically pause your existing account after you place an order via your Swisscom account. You can continue to use your new Disney+ account with Swisscom with the same login and password. Once you have completed your registration with Disney+, you will receive an email with all the necessary information on how to pause your existing subscription.

Version 2: If you have subscribed to a higher-value Disney+ offer (e.g. Disney+ Premium) directly with Disney+ using the same email address and are switching to a new, cheaper Disney+ offer with Swisscom (e.g. Disney+ Standard with advertising), you can cancel the Disney+ subscription yourself. You can do this in your Disney+ account settings. Once you have completed your registration with Disney+, you will receive an email with the relevant information. Version 3: If you have subscribed to Disney+ through an app provider (e.g., Apple, Google, etc.), you will receive an email with all the necessary information for managing your existing subscription after completing your registration with Disney+.

Version 4: If you subscribed to Disney+ directly with Disney but used a different email address than the one for your Swisscom account, you can cancel your Disney+ subscription yourself. You can do this in your Disney+ account settings.

You can switch to a higher-value Disney+ subscription at any time. To do so, you must remain in the same subscription model (monthly or annual) or switch to an annual subscription. Switching to a cheaper subscription or a subscription with a shorter term is only possible after the respective minimum contract period has expired.

The Disney+ monthly subscription is flexible – you can cancel it every month. The Disney+ annual subscription offers you a price advantage, but commits you for 12 months. The cancellation period for both subscriptions is 1 month. However, please note that the annual subscription has a minimum contract period of 12 months.
