Saving e-mails on a device

To export your e-mails from Webmail:

  1. Log in to Webmail (opens in new tab).  
  2. Open the message or messages you want to save locally. Click Ctrl+A or cmd+A to select all the e-mails in a folder.
  3. Select the three dots [...] to access more actions and choose “Save as file”. A dialogue box opens.
  4. Choose “Save file” and confirm with OK. The file is now saved to your PC.

If you use an e-mail program such as Outlook or Thunderbird, please refer to their respective instructions on how to export data.

Importing/exporting contacts

To import or export contacts to or from Webmail:

  1. Log in to Webmail(opens in new tab)
  2. Click the address book icon in the top-left menu bar.
  3. In the menu on the left, select the required address book in “My address books”.
  4. Select the three dots […] to access the menu and choose “Import” or “Export”.
  5. Select the required format (vCard or CSV) and start the process.

Importing calendar entries

To import calendar entries to Webmail or transfer them to another e-mail account:

  1. Log in to Webmail (opens in new tab)
  2. Click the calendar icon in the top-left menu bar.
  3. In the menu on the left, below the month view, click the plus sign [+] next to My calendars and choose “Add new calendar”.
  4. Select the three dots […] next to this calendar for more actions and select “Import”.
  5. In the context menu, choose “Upload file” and select the ICS/ICAL file. Select the “Ignore existing appointments” checkbox if applicable to avoid duplicate entries.
  6. Click “Import” and start the process.

Exporting calendar entries

To export your calendar entries from Webmail:

  1. Log in to Webmail(opens in new tab)
  2. Click the calendar icon in the top-left menu bar.
  3. In the menu on the left, select the required calendar in “My calendars”.
  4. Select the three dots […] to access the menu and choose “Export”.
