Swisscom supporting Ukraine

Вся інформація також доступна українською мовою.

Calls to and roaming in Ukraine

Calls to and roaming in Ukraine will be billed again with effect from 1 January 2023. Since Ukraine has been moved to the Europe zone, roaming is now already included in many subscriptions. For calls to Ukraine, we recommend the International Calls option. In addition, the standard tariffs will be lower due to the rezoning.

Helping Ukraine with 20,000 old mobile phones

In March 2022, all Swisscom Shops collected old mobile phones on behalf of SOS Children’s Villages in Ukraine. More than 20,000 devices were donated. Thank you very much! The entire proceeds will be donated and matched by Swisscom.
