Sandra Lathion-Zweifel

Sandra Lathion-Zweifel has been a member of the Swisscom Board of Directors since 2019. After graduating in law, she completed a Master of Laws at Columbia University in New York. She also has a trader licence for the SIX Swiss Exchange. She started her career in 2005 as a lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions at the law firm Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich. In 2010, she became Head of the Legal & Compliance Financial Products department at Credit Suisse. In 2014, she became Head of the Institutions and Products department within the Asset Management division for Swiss financial market supervisory authority FINMA. She was a member of the Board of Directors of Banque Cantonale du Valais from 2018 to 2021 and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Raiffeisen Switzerland Cooperative in St. Gallen since December 2021. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Capital Markets and Technology Association in Geneva, the Board of swissVR in Rotkreuz and the Advisory Board of the association Lucerne Dialogue.
