A phishing e-mail is currently in circulation requesting Swisscom customers to enter their personal details (Swisscom login and passwords). The e-mail is sent with the subject “Please update your billing information !”. The link in the e-mail will take you to the "http/www,strand-datamaskin,no/Swis/36688c8a94b9d284f05002407c825570/" web page.

Do not click any of the links in the e-mail. Delete the e-mail immediately. Under no circumstances should you reply to the e-mail or divulge any personal information. If you have already entered your access data, you must change it immediately in the Customer Center (www.swisscom.ch/login) or in webmail (www.bluewin.ch > E-mail).

Due to a damage on a Swisscom connection cable, Internet, Swisscom TV service and telephony are currently unavailable in parts of Gasenried, St Niklaus, Grächen. A Swisscom connection cable was damaged during construction work. Necessary repairs are being made so that the disruption can be remedied as soon as possible. We anticipate that it will be possible to complete the repairs during the course of the evening of 27.05.2013.
