- Anyone resident in Switzerland and aged 14 and over is entitled to participate. Employees of Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd and all participating service providers (sponsors and partners) are not eligible to take part.
- Participation is free of charge and does not require a purchase. There are no contractual obligations.
- The competition is being held by Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd (hereinafter “Swisscom”) and runs from 13.07.2026 until the start of pre-sales for the new Samsung Galaxy smartphone. Eligible persons who enter their details in the first-interest tool https://www.swisscom.ch/en/residential/products/samsung.html will be automatically entered into the competition. Participation is only possible through this first-interest tool. Only one entry per person.
- To take part, all entrants must provide their first and last name, address, a valid e-mail address and a mobile phone number. This helps to confirm the identity of the entrants and ensures that Swisscom is able to send the prize to the winners.
- An e-mail address primarily serves to identify the participant. If a winner provides an invalid e-mail address and/or an invalid mobile phone number and Swisscom is unable to reach them as a result, they will lose their claim to a prize.
- Ten winners will be chosen at random from the entrants who meet the above criteria. The winners will be contacted by e-mail or by mobile phone. No correspondence will be entered into about the competition.
- Each of these ten winners will receive a prize in the form of the most recent Samsung Galaxy smartphone model launched ahead of the participation deadline, as soon as the devices become available. Swisscom decides on the model, storage and colour.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged and there is no alternative cash prize. Unclaimed or forfeited prizes will be awarded to a new, randomly selected winner.
- Swisscom reserves the right to exclude entrants from the draw if there is suspicion of tampering or breach of the terms and conditions
- Swisscom reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, especially in cases of misconduct.
- Legal recourse is excluded.
