My subscription is still running; can I still switch to a new blue Mobile subscription?
You can switch to a new blue Mobile subscription at any time. The new subscriptions offer you faster surfing speeds and even better roaming conditions.
You won’t be charged anything to switch unless you took out or extended your subscription within the last 6 months and received a discounted device at the time. In this case, you will incur a one-off charge of CHF 200.— if you switch to a lower monthly fee.
You can switch to a subscription with a higher monthly fee at any time free of charge.
Can I sell my old smartphone to Swisscom?
Yes, you can sell your old mobile phone to Swisscom. Find out how much your old phone is worth when you order the new Smartphone. The value of your old phone will be deducted immediately from the price of your new smartphone.
How do I switch to Swisscom if I am tied into a contract with another provider?
Swisscom currently has a special switch offer. It lets you switch even if you are still tied to a different provider. Swisscom will pay the cancellation fees up to CHF 500.-
