My subscription is still active – can I still switch to a new blue Mobile subscription?
You can switch to the new blue Mobile subscription at any time. With the new subscriptions, you’ll benefit from faster data speeds and even better roaming conditions.
There are only costs associated with switching if you took out or renewed your plan within the last 6 months and benefited from a discounted handset. In this case, a one-off fee of CHF 200.— will be charged when you switch to a lower monthly fee.
You can switch to a plan with a higher monthly fee at any time free of charge.
Can I sell my old smartphone to Swisscom?
Yes, you can sell your old mobile phone to Swisscom. When ordering your new smartphone, you can determine the value of your old device, which will then be deducted directly from the purchase price of the new smartphone.
How can I switch to Swisscom if I’m tied to another provider?
Swisscom offers a switch deal. This allows you to switch even if you’re still tied to another provider. Swisscom will cover termination fees of up to CHF 500.–.
