Philippe Deecke has been a member of the Swisscom Board of Directors since 2026. He has a degree in IT and a Masters in Industrial Management and Manufacturing from ETH Zurich. Deecke began his career with McKinsey & Company, where he was Associate Principal until 2005. During his time as a strategy consultant, he specialised in growth strategies for the European pharmaceutical and medical technology industry and also worked on projects in the telecommunications sector, including for Swisscom. Philippe Deecke then spent more than 16 years with Novartis in various senior finance roles. In December 2021, he was appointed CFO of the Lonza Group, where he headed the IT department in addition to his finance role. In 2023, he took on further responsibility by joining the Board of Directors of Assura. His experience in regulated structures and foundation models complements his extensive expertise in financial management.
