Portrait Sandra Lathion-Zweifel

Sandra Lathion-Zweifel has been a member of the Swisscom Board of Directors since 2019. After graduating in law, she completed a Master of Laws at Columbia University in New York. She also has a trader licence for the SIX Swiss Exchange. She started her career in 2005 as a lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions at the law firm Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich. In 2010, she became Head of the Legal & Compliance Financial Products department at Credit Suisse. In 2014, she became Head of the Institutions and Products department within the Asset Management division for Swiss financial market supervisory authority FINMA. From 2018 to 2019, she worked as counsel for Lenz & Staehelin. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Banque Cantonale du Valais and a member of the Advisory Board of the Capital Markets and Technology Association in Geneva.
