Portrait Sandra Lathion-Zweifel

Sandra Lathion-Zweifel has been a member of the Swisscom Board of Directors since 2019. After graduating in law, she completed a Master of Laws at Columbia University in New York. She also has a trader licence for the SIX Swiss Exchange. She started her career in 2005 as an attorney specialising in mergers and acquisitions at the law firm Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich. In 2010, she became Head of the Legal & Compliance Financial Products department at Credit Suisse. In 2014, she took over a departmental management position in the Asset Management division of the Swiss financial market supervisory authority FINMA. She was a member of the Board of Directors of Banque Cantonale du Valais from 2018 to 2021 and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Raiffeisen Switzerland Cooperative in St. Gallen since December 2021. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Capital Markets and Technology Association in Geneva and a member of the Board of swissVR in Rotkreuz.
