1) Subscriptions are suitable for normal use. If Swisscom detects that usage significantly exceeds normal levels or if there are signs that the SIM is being used for special applications (e.g. surveillance applications, machine-to-machine, direct dialling or constant connections), Swisscom reserves the right to withdraw or restrict the service, or to take other suitable measures, at any time.
2) If more than 40 GB is used per month, data speeds abroad are reduced to a maximum of 0.2 Mbit/s download and 0.1 Mbit/s upload. Usage remains unlimited and included without additional costs. In order to restore the maximum subscription data packages can be purchased. Users can simply purchase these data packages abroad via cockpit.swisscom.ch.
3) Up- and download speeds cannot be guaranteed. SIM S: maximum 200/100 Mbit/s, SIM M-XL: maximum available speed according to existing network coverage at the place of use.

1) The standard price is CHF 0.20/MB. “Data Option start” is optionally available for minimal mobile data requirements in the Swisscom mobile phone network: CHF 10.00 for 500MB (can be used max. twice per month). When the allowance has been used, the data speed is reduced to a maximum of 64kbit/s (with no further cost).
