With "pic and collect", Winconcept offers its pharmacies the possibility to communicate with their customers in an uncomplicated way: They can now easily place orders via WhatsApp with a photo. For the pharmacies, the solution should be usable with as little effort as possible and without IT knowledge. In practice, this means that they receive a fully configured and ready-to-use tablet with a complete Swisscom mobile phone contract and installed apps. Should anything go wrong, Swisscom also offers technical support - from hardware repairs to software problems.
At the beginning of 2021, Winconcept approached their account manager at Swisscom Switzerland and looked for a solution to implement this idea. It quickly became clear that the desired services could be provided by integrating Swisscom Broadcast AG. This created a perfect synergy that finally enabled Winconcept to realise their idea.
