Seizing the opportunities of digitisation and successfully implementing initiatives

Also in 2020, around 500 Swiss companies were surveyed for "Swiss IT 2020". The majority can look back on a successful 2019. Although the outlook for 2020 was somewhat cloudy compared to the previous year, the majority of them were positive.
 
The digital transformation continues to be a major challenge for many respondents. Nevertheless, 90% of companies have taken up the challenge and see digitization as a great opportunity.
 
IDC is of the opinion that those who already use modern IT on a broad scale and have digitized processes in place have better conditions to take necessary measures quickly and in a targeted manner.
