Other products will be offered to you (e.g. in writing, by telephone or by email) by Swisscom personally or a partner acting on behalf of Swisscom. Based on such offer and depending on the product, you may place direct orders or conclude a written individual contract governing the provision of services by Swisscom and/or the placement of future orders by the customer.
If individual contracts are not concluded in writing, the contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order in written or electronic form by Swisscom or upon provision of the service by Swisscom.
The Offer Terms or individual contracts may refer to other specific contractual components, e.g. service descriptions. These documents form part of the individual contracts.
