How long does it take to set up and activate SwissTrustRoom?

SwissTrustRoom can be used immediately after registration.

What happens after expiry of the test version?

SwissTrustRoom can be used free of charge for 14 days. There is no obligation to continue using it after this period. To continue using the service after the trial period, credit card details must be saved under Payment Method.

Which file formats are supported?

SwissTrustRoom supports all standard file formats. You can also create folders and store your files in a structured form.

How does SwissTrustRoom differ from other cloud storage services, such as Dropbox, Google Drive and Apple iCloud?

SwissTrustRoom is a highly secure exchange platform that is not subject to the US CLOUD Act. All of your data remains in Switzerland. Data is stored in two redundant, highly secure Swisscom data centres.
