Anti-Money Laundering Act Impact on value-added services

As the result of a new Federal Court ruling, third-party invoicing through the Swisscom bill is subject to the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). This includes value-added services such as 090x numbers and SMS business numbers as well as Swisscom Pay. Swisscom has therefore been forced to block the use of value-added services on all business mobile connections.
