Refer & Benefit: referrals pay off

Swisscom’s Refer & Benefit is a referral offering with shared rewards. Existing customers have the option of recommending  beem Office to their network. For every successful referral, they are rewarded with CHF 400.– in the form of an invoice credit. Recipients of the referral who take out a new beem Office subscription also receive a reward in the form of a waived subscription fee for the first four months.

Swisscom’s Refer & Benefit is aimed at existing customers with an beem Office product. Anyone who does not yet have an beem Office product can also take advantage of this offer if they receive a referral code from an existing customer.

The offer is valid for referrals for the beem Office product. The referral code can only be used for online orders of the beem Office product with a minimum term of contract of 24 or 36 months. The beem Office light+ product is excluded from this offer.

You’ll find your referral code in My Swisscom Business in the product overview for your beem Office subscription under Contract information. You can use the integrated share function to pass it on to your network by e-mail.

To take advantage of this offer, you must enter the received referral code when ordering your beem Office product online. If you have a My Swisscom Business login, you can place the order directly from your account.

If you are a new customer or do not have a My Swisscom Business login, you can order the product via the beem Office order page. Select the desired internet, service and telephony options there and confirm your selection by clicking ‘Order’. In the order form, you can then enter the received referral code in the Refer & Benefit section and complete your order.

You can share your referral code with your network as often as you like. The referral code can be used for multiple orders of the beem Office product. 

No, your referral code can only be used by others in your network. It is not permitted to use your own referral code when placing an order for yourself.

When someone from your network completes an order using your referral code, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the successful referral. This e-mail will confirm that CHF 400.– will be credited to your next monthly invoice.

If you are the recipient of the referral and enter the referral code you received when ordering, you will see in the order overview that you can enjoy Refer & Benefit for free for the first four months.

Your credit will be offset against your next monthly invoice. If the invoice amount is less than the credit, the remaining credit amount will be carried over to the next month.

The recipient of the referral will be able to use the beem Office product free of charge for the first four months. After this period, the monthly fees will be calculated according to the chosen product options.
