" Last autumn, we conducted our annual customer satisfaction survey to find out how satisfied our partners are with our products and services and to learn where we can improve.

We are pleased that in recent years we have been able to: continuously increase customer satisfaction, maintain the average recommendation rate at a stable high level and reduce customer-specific concerns or pain points.

Customers refer to the quality of our services, , our professionalism and fast response time to enquiries as the main reasons for this positive feedback. Our long-standing partnership and co-operation is also appreciated.

In the hope of earning your recommendation again in the future, we will continue to optimize our products and services and invest in customer experience this year. In addition to measures that are already being implemented, we are focussing our further development on:



  • Improved information and transparency for the implementation of lines ordered via the portal


  • Improved communication for major incidents and announcements (more understandable and customer specific)


  • Digital contracts and agreements
