The satisfaction, the needs and wishes, as well as the opinion of our customers, is close to our heart and has been for many years.
For this reason, we have been conducting a survey every autumn for more than 20 years now, which shows us how satisfied you as a customer are with our services and our products.

Thanks to this important and honest feedback over the past years, we have succeeded in steadily increasing customer satisfaction and reducing customer-specific concerns, the so-called pain points.
