Swisscom customers must meet the following conditions in order to be accepted onto the Priorité programme.
Priorité customers can appoint a third party of their choice as an authorised proxy. This person is then authorised to contact the Priorité hotline about information, activations and changes to the Priorité customer’s contracts.
