  • Personal support when moving house Call the Priorité hotline in good time and your dedicated contact person will organise the commissioning of telephone, Internet and TV at your new address from start to finish.
  • Free Loan Device If your phone is damaged, call the Priority Hotline and we'll send you a free loan device within Switzerland until your previous phone is repaired.
  • Worldwide mobile replacement If your phone is damaged or lost, call the Priority Hotline, and we will send your newly ordered smartphone to your destination. Shipping is free of charge. We will reimburse you for any costs incurred in connection with collection of the device (e.g. luxury tax or customs duties).
  • Free replacement SIM If you lose your mobile or if it is stolen, simply call the Priorité hotline to block your SIM and we will arrange a free replacement immediately.
  • Appointing an authorised proxy

Priorité eligibility conditions

Priorité customers can appoint a third party of their choice as an authorised proxy. This person is then authorised to contact the Priorité hotline about information, activations and changes to the Priorité customer’s contracts.
