Managing a business mobile in My Swisscom

Use the following video instructions to manage your business mobile in My Swisscom. Please note that, as an employee, you will need the relevant authorisations to administer the phone independently. Obtain the necessary information on Mobility for Work from your employer.

Registering a business mobile

To register your Business Mobile, you need a Swisscom login, the appropriate authorizations from your employer and you can register directly in My Swisscom.

Activate Multi Device option

To activate the Multi Device option of your Business Mobile, it must be registered in My Swisscom and you need the appropriate authorizations from your employer.

Wipe device

To be able to delete all data from your Business Mobile device, it must be registered in My Swisscom and you need the appropriate authorizations from your employer.

Replace faulty device

To be able to replace your defective Business Mobile device, it must be registered in My Swisscom and you need the appropriate authorizations from your employer.

Replace SIM

To order a replacement SIM for your Business Mobile, it must be registered in My Swisscom and you need the appropriate authorizations from your employer.

Block SIM

To block the SIM card of your Business Mobile, it must be registered in My Swisscom and you need the appropriate authorizations from your employer.
