The switch offer enables individual customers or entire households, irrespective of any existing contractual terms with other providers, to enjoy blue Mobile and the many associated benefits. Switching costs are repaid for early number porting when a 12-month contract is signed for blue Mobile S, M or L (excludes porting from Coop Mobile, Migros Mobile and Wingo).
Switching costs are costs that are incurred if the contract is terminated before the end of the minimum contract period (usually 12 months). As a rule, the costs for early contract termination are made up of the outstanding subscription fees and/or device rate payments (number of months until the end of the contract multiplied by the subscription fee and/or device rate). Depending on the provider, a processing fee may also be charged.
Yes, the refund includes outstanding installment payments for smartphones that are directly linked to your mobile subscription. Installment payments or costs for accessories or wearables (e.g. AirPods, smartwatches, tablets or similar devices) will not be refunded.
In the event of termination or a porting order with an existing smartphone installment payment, a final invoice for the outstanding smartphone installments will be issued automatically. This will be taken into account as part of the refund.
You must pay the final bill as soon as you receive it. For reimbursement, upload a full copy of the bill to this page or send a copy to:

The monthly credit usually starts with the next bill. If the final bill is submitted towards the end of the month, we cannot guarantee that the credit will appear on the next bill. This first credit is then applied to the bill after that.
The first credit is applied pro rata based on the number of days from the date the Swisscom contract commences until the end of the month. The balance from the first credit will be credited to the bill with the final repayment of the switching costs.
