If you meet the requirements and have an Internet and Mobile subscription in the same household, you can add the subscriptions to “My Household” in My Swisscom.
If your blue Internet and Mobile subscriptions are under the same customer number, the Combi Discount will be applied automatically.
For how long is the Combi Discount valid?
The Combi Discount is valid as long as the subscriptions meet the requirements.
What is the situation with the old Family discount?
The previous family discount of 30.– on the 2nd to 5th mobile subscriptions within the same household has been discontinued. If you combine blue Internet at home with several blue Mobile subscriptions, you’ll receive the Combi Discount of 20.– on the first mobile subscription and the 50% «We are Family!» discount on all other mobile subscriptions. Current promotions no longer apply.
