|Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail and form so you can confirm number porting.|
|You sign and return the form to Swisscom via e-mail or post. Once Swisscom receives the form you will be sent a new SIM card.|
|As soon as the switch from your former provider is approved, we will notify you (by letter) in confirmation and let you know when you can insert and use your new Swisscom SIM card.|
The switchover date of your choice must be at least 30 and at most 120 days in the future.
