In EU/UK

Telephony You cannot call value-added services or special numbers from the destination country. If you reach the call limit for calls abroad during a call, the call will be terminated immediately. This limit can be adjusted in the Swisscom Cockpit.

Data transfer: unlimited Enjoy the maximum available Internet speed while travelling, up to a data volume usage of 40 GB. Thereafter speed is reduced to 128 kbit/s for downloading and uploading. However, no additional costs are incurred. To be able to surf at the maximum available speed again, you will need to buy a data package from the Swisscom Cockpit.

Outside EU/UK

Telephony Tariffs are independent of the call destination. Billing is done per second and in increments of 10 cents. For outgoing calls, at least 30 seconds are charged. For calls to foreign toll-free numbers, the standard tariff is applied.

Data
World 1: 10 GB per contract year from activation of your subscription When the contract is activated, you have 10 GB of data volume in the World 1 countries at your disposal for the next 365 days. After this time, the data volume is renewed again for the next 365 days.
World 2 and Rest of the World: 100 MB/mth. The inclusive data volumes apply to all countries the EU/UK and World 1. With the exception of: Burundi, Djibouti, East Timor, Guam, Liberia, Libya, Namibia, New Caledonia, Salomon Islands.
