Frequently Asked Questions

  • At least two eligible blue Mobile subscriptions with the same residential address.
  • The subscriptions must be in the same person’s name or listed under “My Household” in My Swisscom.
  • You agree to the applicable terms and conditions, such as extending the minimum contract term by 24 months, and that you will resolve any issues 24/7 via the app and website instead of through the hotline or in-store. The first blue Mobile subscription is not subject to these conditions.
  • Existing promotions and price benefits may no longer apply.
  • Customers with subscriptions that are currently within an active minimum contract term cannot switch to «We are Family!». You must wait until the end of the minimum contract term.
