Salaries 2026
Swisscom will increase salaries by 0.9% in 2026. This is the result of salary negotiations between Swisscom and its social partners, the trade union syndicom and the employee association Transfair.
From 1 April 2026, the salary increase of 0.9% will benefit the approximately 9,500 Swisscom employees who are subject to the collective employment agreement. In order to take into account employee performance and the rate of salary increases in line with the market, most employees will receive a general percentage salary increase that varies depending on their position in the remuneration band. Around half of the payroll increase is earmarked for individual salary increases. Employees whose salary is above the salary band will receive a one-off payment.
