All prices in CHF excl. VAT.

Device Management, Business Application Portal and Remote Browser Isolation are expected to be automatically added to the offer or scope of services by Q1/26 at no extra charge; the customer is not entitled to a price reduction until they are available. 

The Essential Security Edition is automatically included in the beem user licences and site offers with beemNet. The subsequent Security Editions (Basic, Plus and Premium) can be purchased as one-stop solutions for your entire company. The price depends on the Security Edition selected and the number of employees (user licences) and sites to be protected with beem: 

A: Enables protection of up to 3 users and 1 location
B: Enables protection of up to 10 users and 1 location
C: Enables protection of up to 30 users and 2 locations
D: Enables protection of up to 50 users and 3 locations
E: Enables protection of up to 100 users and 4 locations

The service requires activated access to My Swisscom Business and at least one of the following subscriptions:

  • Protect & Connect
  • beem Office

The Basic and Plus Editions require that beemNet be activated on all Protect & Connect connections. This is automatically activated for all Protect & Connect connections and cannot be deselected by the customer.The activation of the beemNet option is also recommended for all beem Office subscriptions, but can be deselected in exceptional situations.

If a connection of the above products is terminated, the associated beemNet option is also automatically deactivated.

There are no commitment periods for switching between the Basic and Plus Editions and the associated capacity profiles. Changes made within a month will be billed pro rata. Switching from a higher edition to a lower edition (e.g. from Plus Edition to Basic Edition) cannot be performed directly online. In such cases, Swisscom shall consult with the customer by telephone to clarify any necessary adjustments.

A switch from the Basic and Plus Editions to the Essential Edition is deemed to be the termination of the respective Edition and is subject to compliance with the respective minimum service period. If the minimum service period is not met, the outstanding subscription fees for the remaining minimum service period for the respective Edition with the current capacity profile will be due and invoiced to the customer.

The Essential Edition, as well as the beemNet options of the Protect & Connect user license and beem Office locations, do not have a minimum service period. The minimum service period for the Basic and Plus Editions is 12 months. If the minimum service period is not met, the outstanding subscription fees for the remaining minimum service period for the edition with the current capacity profile will be due and invoiced to the customer.

A significant number of the service functions require the use of the Swisscom beem App on end devices. This is available to users registered in Switzerland in the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store and for Windows on the Swisscom website. Swisscom may, at its own discretion, make the app available for download elsewhere and/or in other countries.

In addition to the Offer Terms and Conditions on this website, the following contract provisions apply:

  • beem service description (visible in the order process and after the order has been placed in My Swisscom Business)
  • The Swisscom base agreement stipulated between the customer and Swisscom (conditions for obtaining certain services/functionalities of the beem Essential Edition and the higher beem editions): Swisscom General Terms and Conditions for Business Customers
  • For the basic products Protect & Connect and beem Office, the respective specific Offer Terms and Conditions on the website also apply
