The Essential Security Edition is automatically included in the beem user licences and site offers with beemNet. The subsequent Security Editions (Standard, Plus and Premium) can be purchased as one-stop solutions for your entire company. The price depends on the Security Edition selected and the number of employees (user licences) and sites to be protected with beem:
A: Enables protection of up to 3 users and 1 location
B: Enables protection of up to 10 users and 1 location
C: Enables protection of up to 30 users and 2 locations
D: Enables protection of up to 50 users and 3 locations
E: Enables protection of up to 100 users and 4 locations

Dependence on other services
The service requires activated access to My Swisscom Business and at least one of the following subscriptions:
- Protect & Connect
- beem Office
The Standard and Plus Editions require that beemNet be activated on all Protect & Connect connections. This is automatically activated for all Protect & Connect connections and cannot be deselected by the customer.The activation of the beemNet option is also recommended for all beem Office subscriptions, but can be deselected in exceptional situations.
If a connection of the above products is terminated, the associated beemNet option is also automatically deactivated.
Terms for switching Editions
There are no commitment periods for switching between the Standard and Plus Editions and the associated capacity profiles. Changes made within a month will be billed pro rata. Switching from a higher edition to a lower edition (e.g. from Plus Edition to Standard Edition) cannot be performed directly online. In such cases, Swisscom shall consult with the customer by telephone to clarify any necessary adjustments.
A switch from the Standard and Plus Editions to the Essential Edition is deemed to be the termination of the respective Edition and is subject to compliance with the respective minimum service period. If the minimum service period is not met, the outstanding subscription fees for the remaining minimum service period for the respective Edition with the current capacity profile will be due and invoiced to the customer.
Minimum service period
The Essential Edition, as well as the beemNet options of the Protect & Connect user license and beem Office locations, do not have a minimum service period. The minimum service period for the Standard and Plus Editions is 12 months. If the minimum service period is not met, the outstanding subscription fees for the remaining minimum service period for the edition with the current capacity profile will be due and invoiced to the customer.
Swisscom beem App
A significant number of the service functions require the use of the Swisscom beem App on end devices. This is available to users registered in Switzerland in the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store and for Windows on the Swisscom website. Swisscom may, at its own discretion, make the app available for download elsewhere and/or in other countries.
Additional contract provisions
In addition to the Offer Terms and Conditions on this website, the following contract provisions apply:
- beem service description (visible in the order process and after the order has been placed in My Swisscom Business)
- The Swisscom base contract stipulated between the customer and Swisscom (conditions for obtaining certain services/functionalities of the beem Essential Edition and the higher beem editions): Swisscom General Terms and Conditions for Business Customers

beemNet Promotion
What happens after the 2-month trial period?
After the two-month test phase, beemNet will automatically continue, and the corresponding costs will be charged to you from that point onwards. You will not receive a notification about the end of the test phase. If you no longer wish to use beemNet, you can deactivate access at any time in My Swisscom Business.
How do I benefit from the CHF 500.– welcome gift?
Expand your protection coverage with the Security Edition Standard or Plus and benefit from a CHF 500.– discount on an onboarding package.
You pay CHF 1,000.– instead of CHF 1,500.– for Onboarding Package 1, or CHF 2,200.– instead of CHF 2,700.– for Onboarding Package 2.
How can I benefit as an existing customer?
Existing customers can also test beemNet for two months free of charge. Activate protection for your existing users and locations in My Swisscom Business, browse securely on the beemNet, or expand your coverage with the beem Security Edition Standard or Plus — and enjoy a welcome gift of CHF 500.–.
Promotion Terms and Conditions
When you take out a new Protect & Connect user license, Protect user license, beem Office contract (excl. beem Office light+), or Smart Business Connect contract, or if you activate beemNet with an existing Protect & Connect user license, Protect user license, beem Office combined package, or Smart Business Connect solution, you will receive access to beemNet free of charge for a period of two months. For the first two months, you will only pay for the Protect & Connect user license, Protect user license, beem Office combined package, or Smart Business Connect solution. From the third month onwards, you will be charged an additional fee for access to beemNet. The price for access to beemNet depends on the basic product: with a Protect & Connect user license, the price is CHF 5 excl. VAT per month; with a Protect user license, CHF 7 excl. VAT per month; and with beem Office or Smart Business Connect, CHF 19 incl. VAT per month.
There is no minimum contract term for access to beemNet. This offer is valid until 31 May 2026. It may be combined with other promotions, and can only be applied once per contract. The minimum contract term for the Protect & Connect user license is 24 months, and the activation fee is CHF 60.– excl. VAT. The minimum contract term for the beem Office combined package is 24 months, and the activation fee is CHF 99.90 incl. VAT. The minimum contract term for the Smart Business Connect solution is 12 months, and the activation fee is CHF 99.90 incl. VAT.
When purchasing Onboarding Package 1 or Onboarding Package 2 in combination with an order for a beem Security Edition Standard or Plus, you will receive CHF 500.– as a welcome gift. You pay CHF 1'000.– instead of CHF 1'500.– for Onboarding Package 1, or CHF 2'200.– instead of CHF 2'700.– for Onboarding Package 2. The offer is valid until 11 October 2026 and may only be used once per beem Security Edition Standard or Plus. The offer may be combined with the beemNet Promotion (try beemNet free for 2 months), but not with any other promotions. The minimum contract term for beem Security Editions Standard or Plus is 12 months. If the minimum contract term is not met, the outstanding subscription fees for the beem Security Edition for the remaining duration of the minimum commitment period will become due and will be invoiced to you at the current capacity profile. All prices in CHF excl. 8.1% VAT (rounded).
