My Swisscom Business​

In My Swisscom Business, administrators and fleet managers can manage their Swisscom products directly and search for Help articles in the portal and product Help.

Registration information can be found on the help page My Swisscom Business.

Enterprise Telephony

Set up Enterprise Telephony app in My Swisscom.

  1. Open “Inventory”
  2. Click the required connection
  3. Click “Business telephony” 
  4. Click the required telephone numbers 
  5. Click “Manage access to Enterprise Telephony app”
  6. Under “Delivery address”, enter e-mail or mobile number
  7. Click “Send invitation” 
  8. Install application on device
  9. In the application, click “Forgotten password”
  10. Under “User ID”, enter the user name received from the invitation
  11. Define own password
  12. Restart application 
  13. Log in with user name and own password
  14. Accept all authorisation requests
