  3. Toggle to ‘My administrators’
  4. Contact the appropriate person for the matter in question
  5. Creating a new user: master user, user administrator
  • Assigning user permissions: master user, user administrator (within the scope of delegation rights)
  • Editing user data: master user, user administrator
  • Activating, disabling and deleting existing users: master user
  • Assigning contracts: master user, contract administrators
  • Resetting passwords: master user, user administrator, password administrators

Proceed as follows to request a role for a user in My Swisscom Business:

  1. Click the ‘My profile’ icon at the top right
  2. Click ‘My profile’
  3. Click ‘Roles’
  4. Click the arrow icon by the desired role
  5. Activate the role
  6. Enter a reason
  7. Click ‘Submit’

  • Roles are freely combinable
  • Multiple requests can be made simultaneously
  • Once a request has been made, it can only be further processed by an administrator
  • You can only request roles for yourself

Proceed as follows to enable two-factor authentication for My Swisscom Business:

With Swisscom Login (no @ in username)

  1. Click the person icon in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click ‘My profile’
  3. Click ‘Login & security’
  4. Select the ‘Login & security’ link
  5. Enable two-factor authentication under ‘2-factor authentication’

  • It is not possible to use international phone numbers for two-factor authentication via My Swisscom Business. If this is a problem, please contact Customer Services directly on 0800 055 055.

With Business Login (@ in username)

  1. Click the ‘Companies’ icon in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click ‘Company profile’
  3. Click ‘Two-factor authentication’
  4. Enable ‘Two-factor authentication’

Please note:

  • Only company administrators can enable two-factor authentication for the Business Login.
  • The enabled setting always applies to the entire company.It is not possible to use international phone numbers for two-factor authentication via My Swisscom Business. If this is a problem, please contact Customer Services directly on 0800 055 055.
  • Logins without two-factor authentication increase the risk of unauthorised access by third parties and therefore the possibility of data loss and/or service interruptions.
  • Two-factor authentication is permanently enabled for particularly sensitive functions and cannot be disabled.

Proceed as follows to disable two-factor authentication for My Swisscom Business:

With Swisscom Login (no @ in username)

  1. Click the person icon in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click ‘My profile’
  3. Click ‘Login & security’
  4. Select the ‘Login & security’ link
  5. Disable ‘2-factor authentication’

  3. Click ‘Two-factor authentication’
  4. Disable ‘Two-factor authentication’
  5. Acknowledge the security information

  1. Select the person icon at the top right in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click ‘My profile’
  3. Click ‘Login & security’
  4. Select the ‘Login & security’ link
  5. Click the pencil icon by ‘Mobile number’ under ‘Login methods’

With Business Login (@ in username)

  1. Click the person icon in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click ‘My profile’
  3. Click ‘My user profile’ under ‘Direct links’
  4. Click ‘Edit user’
  5. Change the mobile number and click ‘Save’
