Do you make regular calls abroad from Switzerland? The International Calls option lets you make unlimited calls.
If you stay near the Swiss border you mobile phone may automatically switch to a foreign mobile phone network. This can also happen some distance from the border, in the Lake Geneva area or in mountain regions (such as Jura, Alpstein, Grisons or Valais Alps). Since much lower radiation limits apply in Switzerland than in the EU, EU networks extend much further into Switzerland than vice versa. To avoid roaming costs, we recommend that you switch off the automatic network selection on your mobile phone.
Roaming is the process of a mobile phone switching from the mobile network of its own provider to a network of another operator. For example, when you use a foreign network with your mobile phone. This network provider charges Swisscom for the calls, SMS and Internet data made on their network.

Unlimited Internet, telephony and SMS/MMS are included in the EU/Western Europe, USA and Canada. Once you have exceeded the 100 GB surfing allowance, speed is reduced to 128 kbit/s.
In countries within the World 1 zone, the surfing allowance is 10 GB per month. Unlimitedtelephony and SMS/MMS are included.
In all other countries, the monthly allowance is 1 GB surfing, 30 minutes’ telephony and 1,000 SMS. When you have used up your data allowance, we recommend purchasing a data package.
