You can switch to a lower or higher cost Swisscom subscription at any time free of charge.

If you purchase a discounted device, you can only switch to a subscription with the same or a higher basic charge during the first 12 months. If you switch to a cheaper subscription, you will be charged CHF 500.–.

You cannot switch to a cheaper subscription within the first 30 days of signing a contract or changing subscription. If you switch anyway, you will be charged CHF 150.–. You can switch to a more expensive subscription at any time.

Change your Internet or TV subscription 

You can adjust your existing Internet or TV subscription at any time free of charge. Please note, however, that this might result in the loss of TV channels or recordings.

If your mobile subscription’s minimum contract period has ended, you can cancel your contract with a 60-day notice period and switch to a Prepaid deal.
