What loyalty offer will I receive when I renew my mobile subscription?
Swisscom offers various discounts and loyalty offers when you renew your mobile subscription. These may include promotions such as discounted smartphones or additional data volume. Loyalty offers vary depending on your subscription and availability. You can view your current loyalty offers in My Swisscom.
When can I extend my mobile subscription and benefit from a discounted smartphone?
You can renew your mobile subscription at any time and benefit from a discounted smartphone, provided certain conditions are met. We will inform you in My Swisscom if you are eligible to renew your mobile subscription.
Will I also receive a loyalty offer for a new cell phone when I change my subscription?
When changing your subscription, you can benefit from a loyalty offer for your new cell phone if you have had a Swisscom mobile or Internet subscription for at least 12 months. To do this, select “Renew or change existing subscription” during the ordering process. After the change, your loyalty benefits will remain unchanged, provided that the conditions are met. With the buyback option, you can also sell us your old cell phone and receive a credit note.
How long is the new contract valid if I extend my mobile subscription?
Depending on the device and subscription you choose, the minimum contract term is 12 or 24 months. Six months after purchasing a discounted mobile phone, you can benefit from another promotion.
Will my subscription be automatically renewed? And will I still receive my loyalty offer after that?
Your contract will continue until you cancel it. It doesn’t matter whether you renew your subscription early or only after the minimum contract term has expired when it comes to receiving a loyalty offer.
How do I adjust my existing mobile subscription?
In My Swisscom, you can switch to a more expensive or, now, a cheaper mobile subscription at any time.
