Pay for App Store purchases, services such as Spotify, or other pay-as-you-go offerings conveniently with Swisscom Pay. The amount appears directly on your Swisscom bill or is deducted from your Prepaid credit.

Payment purchases and additional offers are activated by default. You can block them at any time in My Swisscom.

If you do not pay your Swisscom bill in full and on time, chargeable purchases and additional services and payment with Swisscom Pay will be blocked. As soon as you pay the bill, the online services will work again.
Due to the Anti-Money Laundering Act(opens in new tab), it is not possible to use value-added services with business numbers.
Swisscom Pay and adult entertainment via SMS are automatically blocked for anyone under the age of 16.
The legal guardian can have mobile payment unblocked by calling 0800 800 800. The block is automatically cancelled from the age of 16.
The use of value-added services is not possible if there is an instalment plan in place.
Amounts paid with Swisscom Pay appear on your Swisscom bill under the heading "Purchases and additional offers".

Select "Swisscom Pay" or "Mobile bill" as the payment method in the Spotify app and follow the instructions. The amount will then appear clearly on your Swisscom bill each month.
