444: Query credit, bills, data & more via SMS

With an SMS to the number 444 and the appropriate keyword, you can easily check your credit balance, Swisscom bills, data volume and other information. Here you will find an overview of the most important keywords and functions.

Check credit & inclusive units

If you want to check your current credit balance or the remaining volume of a data package or inclusive units, you can either do this at cockpit.swisscom.ch or send an SMS with the keyword STATUS to 444.

Checking your bill

The one-day 24h Speed+ (5GB) package meets the unique need for
a large data volume​and high speed for a single day.

If you have run out of credit on your Prepaid, but you really need your mobile, Swisscom will give you a CHF 5.– advance. Simply send the word ADVANCE to 444. This service costs 50 centimes which will be deducted from your credit the next time you top up.
