What is the Connect Pack from Swisscom?
The Connect Pack is an add-on package for your Mobile subscription that allows you to surf and make calls using the same phone number on up to three additional devices (smartphones, tablets) and one smartwatch. You also automatically benefit from Premium Speed with 5G up to 2 Gbit/s.
What is the difference between the Connect Pack and Multi Device?
The Connect Pack bundles the use of up to 4 additional devices (3 smartphones/tablets, 1 wearable), including Premium Speed, for a fixed price of 20.– per month. With Multi Device, you purchase connections for each additional device separately (up to 10 devices), which is worthwhile if you only want to add a single device such as a smartwatch.
How do I activate an option?
There are two ways to activate an option: by sending a free SMS to 444 (e.g. START CONNECTPACK) or directly in the My Swisscom app under “My products”.
Can I also subscribe to options temporarily (e.g. only for holidays)?
Yes, that is possible. Since options can be cancelled at any time after the minimum term of 30 days and only the days actually used are charged, they are ideal for temporary use – for example the Intercontinental Pack for a trip to the USA.
Which devices can be used with the Connect Pack (smartphones, tablets, watches)?
The Connect Pack allows you to surf and make calls using the same phone number on up to 3 additional devices. Supported devices include:
- Smartphones and tablets (3 devices)
- Watches and wearables (1 additional device)
If you need more than 3 additional devices, you should consider the Multi Device option, which supports up to 10 devices.
What is the advantage of Premium Speed?
With the Premium Speed option, you surf at the maximum available network speed – with 5G up to 2 Gbit/s. Without this option, the surfing speed included in your subscription is limited. To use 5G, you need a 5G-compatible smartphone and a location covered by the 5G network.
