Multi Device is an additional service to your blue Mobile subscription and allows you to use your existing subscription on additional devices. A separate SIM card or eSIM is required for each additional device.
Upon activation of an additional device, a minimum contract period applies until the end of the following month. Thereafter, you can cancel the option at any time; the monthly fee will be charged pro rata.
Restrictions:
- Simultaneous voice connections on the primary and additional device are not possible.
- Sending and receiving SMS/MMS is not supported on the additional device.
- When roaming, the additional device uses the available data or daily allowance of your blue Mobile subscription.
- If you use the primary and additional device on the same day abroad, only one roaming day will be charged.
- Multi Device is intended exclusively for personal use by a single person.
Parallel use at different locations or use as a mobile hotspot is not permitted. In the event of misuse or suspicion of misuse, Swisscom may block your line immediately. - Swisscom assumes no liability or warranty for the functionality of third-party services (e.g. apps, instant messaging services or services provided by device manufacturers).
- Multi Device is not offered for lines in Liechtenstein (+423 area code).
- If you use so-called Connected Devices (e.g. smartwatches or trackers), it may be required to accept the terms of use of third-party providers (manufacturers or app services).
- Swisscom recommends that you read these carefully – especially with regard to data protection and privacy.
