Do you want your mobile to ring at the same time as fixed network calls? That’s exactly what the “simultaneous ringing” function is for.
Only with a business telephony solution from Swisscom, such as beem Office or Smart Business Connect, can you enter another landline number in addition to a mobile number and have it ring at the same time.
Simultaneous ringing cannot be combined with immediate call forwarding.
For call forwarding after 25 seconds or when line is busy, you need to key in different numbers for call forwarding and for simultaneous ringing.
You can use this function to make or answer another call if you are already on a call.
Activate the “Call Waiting” function in My Swisscom and switch from “engaged tone” to “dialling tone”. When you are on a call you will then hear a blip (tapping) when you receive a second call. The caller hears the dialling tone.

The call forwarding, simultaneous ringing and parallel calling functions are free of charge.
Please note, however, that you pay any costs for the connection to the forwarded number if calling is not included in your subscription.
If you are abroad, you will also be charged the roaming tariff for call forwarding. We therefore recommend that you switch off call forwarding when travelling abroad or purchase a data package in advance.
With call forwarding, your calls are forwarded to another telephone number. The Combox (voicemail) is your answering machine. Callers can leave a voice message there if you are not available.
Check that the destination number is correct and that the area code has also been entered. Also make sure that call forwarding does not overlap with the "Simultaneous ringing" function.
Enter the code *#21# on your cell phone and press the call button. A status message will now appear on your screen. On the fixed network, you can see the status in My Swisscom under Fixed network > Forwarding.
