Follow these instructions if you have no Swisscom network on your mobile:
Switch your mobile off and back on again.
Remove the SIM card and put it back in.
Install the latest software update.
In settings, change the network mode (e.g. activate LTE).
Reset the network settings (NB: this deletes all data).
